BOOKS EVERYONE LOVES

B.E.E. Books is the Catonsville Elementary School Library Media Center Program, which offers you a unique way to celebrate your child’s birthday or any other special occasion! A $10 donation will commemorate the event and recognize your child in several special ways. The money goes back into the school PTA to be used to purchase more Library resources.

Your child’s/honoree’s name will be placed on the “Book Tree’ banner located outside the school Library and listed in the BUZZWORD PTA newsletter. The special honoree can then choose a book from a selection of new books purchased for our school Library. A nameplate with your child’s name, the date, the occasion, and the donor’s name will be placed in the front of the new hard cover book your child has selected. Also, your child will be the first to borrow the new book from the school Library!

B.E.E. books can be used to celebrate any occasion for your child, as well as a thank you to teachers, get well wishes, acknowledgement of outstanding achievements or holiday greetings. This program has been going on for several years now and is a wonderful way to create a lasting memory of your child’s years at Catonsville Elementary School!
