***New for Transitioning 5th Grade Students***

            According to Policy and Rule 5150 and Pupil Services Enrollment Procedures, parents of students transitioning from elementary to middle school (and from middle school to high school), must provide proof of residency.  Proof of residency includes photo identification, proof of ownership/rental, and three supporting documents.  You may stop by the office to drop off or have the office staff make copies of your proofs.  Or, you can send in your copies with your child.  This should be completed by the end of June.  FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF RESIDENCY MAY RESULT IN YOUR CHILD BEING WITHDRAWN FROM THE SYSTEM.  Your child should be bringing home an information packet today.  School staff will be available the following additional dates and times for your convenience:
